No. Markazer runs entirely in your browser. Nothing to download, no plugins, no Chrome extensions required.

We use Anthropic's Claude models — the same family trusted by Fortune 500 companies for high-quality writing. Claude tends to produce less formulaic "AI-sounding" output than alternatives.

Yes. Every generation is fully editable in-app. You can tweak, regenerate sections, export to copy-paste into your CMS, or save to your content library.

During onboarding you set up a business profile — your industry, business description, target audience, offerings, and marketing goals. You can then define your tone of voice and brand style in the Brand Kit. Every generation references both, so output matches your voice out of the box. You can update either anytime from Settings.

Facebook and Instagram publishing is supported via Meta's official OAuth. Connect once from the Meta page, then publish drafts directly. LinkedIn, X, and YouTube integrations are on the roadmap.

Yes. Markazer generates content in 30+ languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and more. Pick your language in Settings → Business and every generation — blog posts, ads, emails, SEO, strategy — will be written in that language.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial (card required). Pro: $79/month. Business: $199/month. Enterprise: $549/month (unlimited). See the billing page for a full feature breakdown.

You'll see a friendly message telling you you've reached the cap for that feature this month. Limits reset on the 1st of each month. You can upgrade anytime mid-cycle to instantly get more capacity.

Within India: UPI, all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express), net banking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.), and EMI options. International cards and PayPal support is rolling out as we activate Razorpay International — check back soon if you're outside India.

Yes. Every payment generates a GST-compliant invoice you can download from the Billing page. Add your business GSTIN during checkout for input credit.

Email us at support@markazer.com and we'll cancel within 24 hours. Self-serve cancellation is coming soon — you'll be able to cancel from the Billing page in one click.

If you're unhappy within the first 7 days of your first paid month, email us and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. After that, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, but we don't refund partial months.

Yes, anytime. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

You do. Full stop. Anything you create on Markazer — blog posts, ad copy, videos, emails — is 100% yours to use, modify, publish, or sell without attribution.

No. Your business data, prompts, and generated content are never used to train AI models. Anthropic (our AI provider) also doesn't train on API inputs by default.

Content and account data live in our PostgreSQL database (hosted on Neon, SOC 2 Type II certified). Uploaded images go to Vercel Blob Storage. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Yes. Email support@markazer.com and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We use industry-standard protections: HTTPS everywhere, password hashing with bcrypt, HTTP security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, CSP), and rate limiting on authentication endpoints. Payment data never touches our servers — it's handled entirely by Razorpay (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).

Currently, one business profile per account. If you run multiple brands and need separate profiles, email us — we're prioritizing multi-business support based on demand.

Team collaboration — inviting members with role-based permissions and a shared content library — is in active development for Pro and Business plans. We'll notify all paid customers the moment it goes live. Starter and Free plans will remain single-user.
