1. What you're agreeing to

By using Markazer ("the platform"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. Markazer is an AI-powered marketing tool that helps you create content, run campaigns, manage leads, and more.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Markazer. When you create one, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your password secure
• Let us know if someone accesses your account without permission
• Take responsibility for everything that happens under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Markazer.

3. What you can do

With a Markazer account, you can:

• Create marketing content, emails, ads, and more using AI
• Run campaigns, track SEO, and analyze competitors
• Manage leads and follow-up sequences
• Collaborate with team members
• Generate reports and insights

Each plan comes with usage limits. If you hit your limit, you can upgrade or wait until the next billing cycle.

4. What you can't do

Please don't:

• Use the platform for anything illegal or harmful
• Try to break, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Create spam, misleading content, or content that violates someone else's rights
• Share your account with others (add them as team members instead)
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as a competing service
• Overload the platform with automated requests beyond normal use

5. Your content

Everything you create on Markazer belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your content, data, or marketing materials.

By using the platform, you give us permission to store and process your content so the platform can work. We won't sell your content or share it with third parties, except as needed to run the service (like using AI providers to generate your content).

You're responsible for making sure your content doesn't violate anyone's rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy.

6. AI-generated content

Markazer uses AI to help you create content. A few things to keep in mind:

• AI content is a starting point. Always review before publishing.
• We can't guarantee AI content is 100% accurate, original, or free from errors.
• You're responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything before it goes live.
• Similar content may be generated for other users since AI models work from patterns.

7. Payments and billing

Some features require a paid plan. When you subscribe:

• You'll be billed based on your chosen plan (monthly or yearly)
• Payments are processed through our payment provider
• You can cancel anytime, and your access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Availability

We aim to keep Markazer running smoothly, but we can't promise 100% uptime. The platform may go down for maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues. We're not liable for any losses caused by downtime.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We can also suspend or close your account if you violate these terms.

When an account is closed, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period. If you want your data exported before closing your account, contact us.

10. Liability

Markazer is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running well, but we're not responsible for losses, damages, or missed opportunities that come from using (or not being able to use) the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we'll let you know through the platform or by email. Continuing to use Markazer after changes means you accept the new terms.
